New Affordable Rental Housing is Coming to El Dorado County!

On February 20, 2025, El Dorado County has asked ownership and management to focus its attention on completing some essential administrative tasks regarding the setup of management for Diamond Village. 

Management and ownership are working diligently to respond to the request made by representatives of El Dorado County. We hope to resolve this matter very soon and look forward to resuming our community building efforts as soon as possible.

Diamond Village Apartments, a 80-unit affordable housing project in Diamond Springs, California, will provide affordable 1, 2 and 3 bedroom housing for families and individuals earning up to 60% of the area median income (AMI). Move-ins anticipated May 2025.
