New Affordable Rental Housing is Coming to El Dorado County!

Diamond Village Apartments, a 80-unit affordable housing project in Diamond Springs, California, will provide affordable 1, 2 and 3 bedroom housing for families and individuals earning up to 60% of the area median income (AMI). Apartments are expected to be available for first occupancy in 2025. Please check back here often for progress updates.
